I’ll look at what you want to achieve, what you already have in place and the different ways you could approach it. From there, we can work out what is worth pursuing and what you would like to do next.
That might be a strategy you take away and put into action yourself, or we might decide it makes sense for me to help with some of the implementation too.

From one coach to another
I'm Alison Kenward, an equestrian coach and coach developer with more than 30 years' experience, and much of my working life has involved developing the business around my coaching too.
My professional development has taken me further into business mentoring and digital marketing, working with business owners through Enterprise Nation's Help to Grow programme and delivering digital marketing coaching for CIMSPA to sports businesses and clubs. I've built my own programmes, online learning environments and marketing systems, and worked with coaches, equestrian businesses and organisations on their ideas.
Coach to Coach brings those experiences together. When we talk about attracting clients, introducing a new service, using technology, developing an idea or deciding where to spend your time and budget, I understand the question from both sides: as a business mentor and digital marketing coach, and as an equestrian coach making those decisions in my own working life.
